Aer Lingus, Ryanair vow not to pass on fuel cost increases

Aer Lingus and Ryanair have both vowed not to increase their fares in response to growing international fuel prices.

The price of oil has doubled in the past 18 months, reaching an all-time high of well over 50 dollars per barrelll.
