Communications Minister Dermot Ahern has officially opened the €18m South East Broadband project during a ceremony in Wexford today.

The project involved the laying of 86kms of high-speed Internet cable in five counties: Wexford, Kilkenny, Carlow, Waterford and Tipperary.
