Development planned at mid-west factory

An announcement is expected to be made in the near future regarding plans for a new development in the Limerick/Clare region.

The location is expected to be the old Burlington factory in Gillogue, Co Clare. This is subject to the purchase of the premises which is currently unoccupied.

It is believed that one of the people behind this venture is well-known property developer PJ Noonan.

Mr Noonan would not comment except to confirm he is currently in negotiations with Shannon Development.

The Noonan Group are at the forefront of building development in the mid-west region of Ireland.
