States to gain from Microsoft settlements
Massachusetts consumers could receive as much as €29.8m worth of computer products, while North Dakota consumers could get as much as €7.4m in separate, proposed settlements of class-action lawsuits accusing Microsoft of violating the states' antitrust laws.
