Baltimore faces opposition to cash back deal

Baltimore is to face opposition from shareholder Acquisitor into plans to give shareholders cash back in a deal.

Bermuda-based Acquisitor, is opposed to the plan. Earlier this month Acquisitor increased its stake in Baltimore to 25%.
