ChannelContent acquires Courseware's business

Irish elearning company ChannelContent has taken over the client portfolio of Courseware Interactive.

The firm was established in February this year by Dermot Rogers, who formerly founded and ran the specialist web and multimedia recruitment company, NewMediaCV.
