Average house prices increased by 2% in the first three months of this year, according to the Bank of Ireland’s quarterly property review.

Average house prices increased by 2% in the first three months of this year, according to the Bank of Ireland’s quarterly property review.

The review said the average price of a new house increased by 3.9% during the quarter, while the price of a second-hand house increased by 1.7%.
