Businessmen seek pay freeze ahead of new wage talks

The Chambers of Commerce of Ireland have called for a pay freeze ahead of the resumption of talks on a new national pay deal.

The talks between unions and employers on the second phase of the Sustaining Progress agreement are due to resume next week.
