Blackouts 'biggest threat to business'

A new survey suggests that blackouts pose the biggest threat to businesses across Europe.

Nine out of 10 companies polled by PricewaterhouseCoopers said they believe snap disruptions to power supplies will continue to strike Europe regularly.
