No-frills airline Ryanair said today it carried 51% more passengers in March this year compared with the same month last year.

No-frills airline Ryanair said today it carried 51% more passengers in March this year compared with the same month last year.

The low-cost carrier said it had 2.14 million passengers in March, up from 1.42 million in March 2003, bringing the annual total to 23.1 million passengers.
