Air France has opened its offer to buy Dutch airline KLM AND will swap 11 Air France shares and 10 rights to buy shares in the future - for every 10 shares in KLM.
The bid, which will create the world's largest airline, was given the green light by the European Commission in February, and was originally unveiled in September.
