Baltimore may name EGM date tomorrow

Former Irish tech group Baltimore has come under fire from shareholders represented by Acquisitor Holdings who demand answers on "accounting issues".

Baltimore reports full-year figures on Wednesday and had intended to provide details of its long-awaited strategic review.
