FM104 see profits jump to tune of €260,000

FM104 saw after tax profits increase to €560,000 in the year ended June 2003, up from €300,000 in 2002, documents recently filed with the Companies Office indicate.

A report in the Irish Independent today says that the station, which has recently been bought by Today FM owner Scottish Radio Holdings for €30m, is understood to have had an operating profit of €1m.

Capital Radio Productions, which owns FM104. had an accumulated profit of €2.2m, up from €1.6m at the end of 2002.
