The Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) said today that the Iraq war had kept overseas visitor numbers to Ireland somewhat flat in 2003.

Speaking today at the annual IHF conference, John Power, CEO, told delegates that preliminary figures indicated there was an increase of 4% in overall visitor numbers to 6.1 million which generated €4.1bn tourism revenue.
