Ireland's trade surplus narrowed in December from November as figures released today showed that imports rose and exports fell.

Ireland's trade surplus narrowed in December from November as figures released today showed that imports rose and exports fell.

According to the Central Statistics Office the November 2003 seasonally adjusted trade figures show that while exports increased by 2% to €7.15bn, imports increased by a more substantial 6% to €4.14bn on the month.
