Indo to bring tabloid edition to Ireland

Independent News & Media are to introduce a tabloid edition of the Irish Independent next Tuesday in the greater Dublin area.

The compact format will be aimed at commuters and younger readers, with the same content as the broadsheet. Initially the broadsheet and the tabloid editions will be run in tandem to see how sales of each turn out.
