The Chambers of Commerce of Ireland (CCI) has given a qualified welcome to the Government's guaranteed investment of €8bn in the road network over the next four years.
However, they also expressed their disappointment that the Government's ambitions plans do not match up to those originally outlined in the National Development Plan (2000 - 2006).
