McCreevy repeats currency concerns

Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy said today that the euro must keep its value over the mid- to long-term, but repeated concerns over "excessive exchange rate moves".

"In the present circumstances we particularly stress stability and we are concerned about excessive exchange rate moves," he said.
