Losses in Elan and CRH bring ISEQ down

Dublin's ISEQ index was down 21 to 5,302 at 10.45am, with Elan and CRH showing losses.

The banks were mixed. Anglo raced up 30c to €14.30, ahead of its midday agm today, where it is expected to reveal a positive trading statement. Bank of Ireland and AIB were both down 2c to €11.75 and €13.63 respectively.
