Esat BT promote Wi-Fi with free access week

Internet users in Ireland will be able to experience mobile, high-speed Internet access for free with the launch of the first Wireless Broadband Week on January 26, 2004.

Internet users with a Wi-Fi enabled laptop or personal digital assistant can register for free high-speed Internet access from BT Openzone access points next week until February 1.

Both business and leisure users will be able to use fast wireless connectivity to send and receive emails, to surf the internet or to access their company's network at more than 72 BT Openzone access points throughout Ireland.
