Hungary's accession to eurozone may be reviewed
Hungary's accession to the eurozone, planned for 2008, may be reviewed, according to the country's future finance minister, Tibor Draskovics.
"In response to a request from the Prime Minister (Peter Medgyessy), I am going to review the timetable of our integration into the eurozone," said Draskovics.
Draskovics is the successor to Csaba Laszlo, who yesterday resigned due to the country's widening budget deficit.
Draskovics will formally take over as finance minister on February 15.
