The average price of a second-hand property in Dublin rose by 1.8% during the final quarter of 2003, bringing the total increase for the year to 12.4%.

The average price of a second-hand property in Dublin rose by 1.8% during the final quarter of 2003, bringing the total increase for the year to 12.4%.

This is down from 2002's growth rate figure of 20.5% in the Dublin area, according to a report by estate agents Sherry Fitzgerald.
