IBM, the world's largest computer company, may miss its target for new computer services deals in the fourth quarter by $1 -$2bn, a Wall Street analyst said today.

IBM signed about $12 -$13bn in new services deals in the fourth quarter, coming in under the $14bn target, a Bear Stearns analyst,Andrew Neff said in a research note.
