New York office rents getting cheaper

New York has fallen out of the list of the world’s top five most expensive office locations for the first time in seven years according to a new survey from DTZ, the property consultant.

During the past seven years, at least one of New York’s top two office districts has been among the most expensive top five office spots across the world.
