Sales of products manufactured in Ireland amounted to €97.13bn in 2002, an increase of 1.3% on the previous year, according to a survey published today by the Central Statistics Office (CSO).

Sales of products manufactured in Ireland amounted to €97.13bn in 2002, an increase of 1.3% on the previous year, according to a survey published today by the Central Statistics Office (CSO).

The largest sales related to chemical, rubber and plastic products where the total value of sales was €31.91bn, an increase of 18% on 2001.
