Fyffes ups earning forecast after Q3 performance

Fyffes has upgraded its earnings forecasts for the full year 2003 following a better than expected performance in the second half of the year.

In a statement today the fruit distributor said full year results in 2003 are likely to be more than €4m ahead of expectations with profits before exceptional items and goodwill amortisation close to the 2002 figures.
