House prices rose in October from the previous month, according to the latest permanent tsb/ESRI House Price Index, bringing the average price of a house in Dublin to more than €300,000 and nationally to €228,464.
The index revealed that Irish house prices rose by 1.4% during October overall, after rising 0.8% and 0.5% in the previous two months.
