Recovery seen in server market : IDC

The Western European server market turned positive in the third quarter of 2003 - the first time since the start of 2001, according to the IDC.

Overall, factory revenue of $2.9 bn (€1.84bn) was generated in the quarter, representing growth of 5.5% year-over-year.
