CIT to hire 50 staff in Dublin

American commercial and consumer finance company CIT is to add 50 jobs to its Irish operation.

Under the terms of a centralization plan confirmed today, the company expects to hire staff at its Blackrock, Co Dublin operation early next year.

CIT, founded in 1908 , employs 6,000 people worldwide and has nearly $50bn (€43bn) in assets under its management.
