Factory gate prices up but in line with increase

Factory gate prices increased by 0.3% in September 2003, the same as for the same period last year, resulting in an annual percentage decrease of 7.8%, according to figures released from the Central Statistics Office.

The index for export sales decreased by 9.8%.
