Elan files interim report

Pharmaceutical company Elan has filed its interim results for the first six months of the year with the Irish and London stock exchanges.

It posted Irish revenues of $445.5m for the first-half of 2003 compared with $773.5m for the first six months of 2002 - a 43% decrease.
