FSAI launches new guide for food business

Food poisoning outbreaks could be reduced by more enhanced staff training in basic food hygiene practices, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland has said.

The FSAI made the claims at the launch of an industry guide to food safety training entitled, The Guide to Food Safety Training - Level Three.
