BA brings in clocking-in system

A controversial clocking in system was being introduced by British Airways today, following an agreement with unions which ended a damaging industrial dispute.

Tens of thousands of passengers suffered travel chaos after the airlines check-in staff at Heathrow staged an unofficial walk-out earlier this month in protest at the new swipe-card system.
