Tanaiste tries to open up insurance market

The Tanaiste has revealed she is talking to outside insurance providers to see if they'll enter the Irish market.

Mary Harney is hoping reform will lead to more competition and lower premiums from other insurers who until now have stayed away due to Ireland's antiquated insurance regulations.
