Minister for Labour Affairs Frank Fahey has welcomed the launch by Ulster Bank and Irish Bank Officials Association (IBOA) of an agreement entitled "Ulster Bank and IBOA Working Together - A Co-operative Agreement".

The Minister said that it is a significant step forward in the industrial relations arena and provides the parties involved with structures for both resolving disagreements to improving the business and working environment in a non-adversarial manner.
