Unfair bosses risks workers' health
Unfair bosses increase their workers’ risk of suffering a heart attack or stroke, a UK study has claimed.
Scientists have found employees have higher blood pressure on days when they work for managers they dread.
Health psychologists Dr Nadia Wager and Dr George Fieldman, of Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in High Wycombe, studied the reactions of 28 healthcare assistants.
