Aer Rianta vows to cut Dublin Airport queues

Aer Rianta is promising to cut queuing times at Dublin Airport by implementing new customer service standards.

The deal commits all airlines flying from the airport to open their check-in desks at least one hour and 40 minutes before take-off, and will limit queuing at check-in to a total of 20 minutes.
