Sony/Ericsson ventures reports loss

The joint venture between Sony and Ericsson has reported a loss for the first quarter of €104m, compared to a profit of €3m a year ago.

Sales fell from €1.123bn to €806m, and the average selling price is also falling, as price pressure takes hold.
