EU regulators are unlikely to produce the findings of a three-year investigation into roaming charges until April, according to the Financial Times.

The regulators have been investigating whether British and German mobile phone companies have inflated the charges for roaming. They are apparently finding the investigation so complex that it will take months more to work out.
