Second-hand houses rise by 5.7% in capital

Auctioneer Sherry Fitzgerald has reported a 5.7% increase in the price of second-hand houses in Dublin during the first three months of this year.

The company said the increase brings the annual rise to the end of March 2003 to 19.9%.
