The Central Statistics Office has reported a 1.2% increase in the number of tourists visiting Ireland last year.

The Central Statistics Office has reported a 1.2% increase in the number of tourists visiting Ireland last year.

The CSO said British visitor numbers increased by 3.4%, while the number of North American tourists fell by 7%.
