SFA attacks Harney over slow pace of insurance reform

The Small Firms Association has attacked the Tanaiste, Mary Harney, over what it said was a lack of progress on insurance reform.

The association said its members are still facing high premiums, despite the establishment of a Personal Injuries Assessment Board six months ago.
