Businesses warned to catch up on changes in competition law

Businesses are being warned to update themselves on recent changes in competition law to avoid facing prosecution.

IBEC is hosting a seminar on the issue in Dublin today. It says new legislation has given the Competition Authority tough new powers to investigate price-fixing and other offences.
