Jobs report fails to lift nervous market

Stocks suffered their fourth straight weekly decline as fears of war and terrorism again fed worries about the US economic outlook.

The Dow Jones industrial average fell 65.07, or 0.8%, to close at 7,864.23, for a four-day loss of 245 points.
