Profit-takers dent Footsie
Profit-takers have driven the FTSE 100 Index down 38.9 points to 3650.5, with insurers relapsing after Monday's surge.
The sector had been buoyed by a decision from the Financial Services Authority to relax solvency requirements but now Aviva is off 6.25p at 424p and Friends Provident 2.75p lower at 95.5p.
