European Commission president Romano Prodi said the EU's two-day enlargement summit in Copenhagen from tomorrow will be "tough" as the financial aspects of the deal have yet to be agreed, but he is "not too worried".

He said enlargement is too important to be compromised by inflexibility on the part of any of the negotiating parties.
