The Tanaiste, Mary Harney, has announced that 88 Irish firms have invested €60m in the software and international services areas since May 2001.
Speaking at a business forum in Dublin, Ms Harney also revealed that Irish software and international services recorded €1.5bn worth of exports last year, an increase of 28% on the previous year.
