IBEC wary of lawyer's reform of insurance claims process

The employer’s body is expressing doubts about the sincerity of the legal profession over reform of the insurance claims process.

It comes after the economist Peter Bacon said a personal injuries assessment board to help reduce legal costs is unsuitable for Ireland.
