The G7 has acknowledged that growth in their economies has moderated from earlier in the year, but stated that the group's commitments to sound policies will strengthen the recovery in coming months.

The G7 has acknowledged that growth in their economies has moderated from earlier in the year, but stated that the group's commitments to sound policies will strengthen the recovery in coming months.

"Economic growth in our countries is continuing, though at a more moderate pace than earlier this year. We recognise that risks remain," the G7 finance ministers and central bank governors said in a joint statement following their meeting here.
