House prices in Ireland rose by 1.3% last month, just less than the combined rise in the previous three months, according to the latest permanent TSB house price index.

House prices in Ireland rose by 1.3% last month, just less than the combined rise in the previous three months, according to the latest permanent TSB house price index.

The figures show a 1.6% price increase outside Dublin during August, while prices in the capital remained unchanged.
